Features of Steel & Fibreglass Doors

24 gauge galvanized steel or compression moulded fibreglass doors with an attractive finish and lasting durability.

Continuous wood perimeter provides a thermal breakup to prevent condensation and frost buildup.

Environmentally friendly, CFC-free polyurethane for four times greater insulating value than wood.

Wood lock block and factory-installed security strike plate reinforce the area of the critical lock.

Compression weatherstripping, multi-finned bottom door sweep, and corner seals ensure a tight, weatherproof seal and reduce heat loss.

Corrosion-resistant steel ball-bearing hinges mortised into both the door slab and the door frame are available in brass or chrome finishes and prevent sagging.

A thermally broken aluminum-clad sill with an adjustable PVC threshold prevents frost transfer and ensures a tight seal against the door sweep.

The out-swing door sill is designed to prevent air and water infiltration. Double cam locks present on each out-swing door provide a positive weatherstrip contact and adds to the security.
